I started with piano, moved to dance, and followed that into theatre as a performer and choreographer. A camera was never far away.

I’ve directed theatre for over 15 years, and I’ve cast and produced shows along the way. I bring all of this to my sessions: paying attention to the person in from of me, helping them feel at ease, present, and guiding them to truthful expressions, whether as themselves or in character.

I also like to explain what I’m doing and why. Fair warning: I’ll ask you to stand in positions that might feel awkward. You’ll look good. I promise.
